Chase Mortgage reqested cashier check to bring mortgage account uptodate and I have compled. I have documentation that check was received and processed on 7/23/09 and yet the account has not been credited accordingly. Account still showing arrears. I have done and compled with all their requests and am not able to talk to nor contact anybody to tell me what the problem is. Chase has 6 months worth of payments including charges but the account remains in arrears. I feet that they are stalling to foreclose.
I would like an appointment to present documentations of above for further legal assistance.

    Respectulfully, M.T.Jennings

    Dear MT Jennings
I understand your frustration with Chase. They use the stall tackets quite often. On the one hand they claim to be willing to work with you on bringing your mortgage current but on the other hand they do nothing. It is always are very hard to talk to the right people. I tried to get a loan modification to lower my interest after 3-6 months. they told me I was over the income quidelines if they werenot so tricky and just let you know up front. The homeowners would know how to handle their situation a little sooner
